Financial Education
One of the least recognized fields of study in South Africa is often undervalued and underestimated. At SAIY, we have prioritized addressing this issue by focusing on offering financial wellness workshops. These workshops aim to provide comprehensive education on the fundamental principles of Financial Education to a wide audience. It is disheartening to note that while children are taught about the mitochondria being the cell’s powerhouse in school, they are not equipped with essential knowledge such as tax management or the concept of creating generational wealth for their future descendants.
Feeding Scheme
SAIY’s objective is to nurture the younger generation by providing bursaries not just for higher education but also for primary education, thus establishing a strong basis for their future. The companies affiliated with SAIY would have the opportunity to offer bursaries and potential employment opportunities to the same young individuals they have sponsored. Additionally, SAIY intends to integrate financial education into youth development, aiming to equip them with the knowledge and skills to protect and secure their future livelihoods.
Youth Development
SAIY aspires to foster growth & development of our younger generation by extending bursaries not only for tertiary education but also for primary education, thus establishing a solid groundwork for their future endeavours. Our affiliated companies are empowered to offer bursaries and potential employment to the very youth they have graciously sponsored. SAIY places great emphasis on integrating financial education within the framework of youth development, to equip them with the necessary skills to safeguard and sustain their future livelihoods.
Orphan Relief
SAIY has provided support to autonomous orphanages by addressing their essential requirements, including basic necessities and sustenance. Our commitment to these initiatives remains unwavering as we strive to establish synergistic connections with our youthdevelopment program.
Working with other NPO Projects
SAIY has cultivated partnerships with various non-profit organizations (NPOs) i.e. Jacobs Well, effectively supporting them through financial contributions and providing assistance whenever and wherever necessary.Having fostered relationships with multiple NPOs, SAIY has assisted by way of donations as well as lending hands wherever the need may be.
Proportion of Monthly Contribution
SAIY Holdings has committed to making a monthly allocation of 5% of its profitable returns to the SAIY Foundation, in order to facilitate the ongoing advancementof each sector.
